JBs Dublin is specifically designed to accommodate students who wish to reside in a city centre student residence.
These apartments are in a premier location opposite the Australian Embassy in the city centre and are within walking distance of all city centre colleges including Trinity, The Royal College of Surgeons, D.I.T, Portobello College and on a direct bus route to UCD.
In total JBs Dublin houses approx 140 students. The apartments are bright and spacious and each 2 bed roomed apartment can take 2 double beds per bedroom. There are also some single rooms.
JBs Dublin also has 1 bed roomed apartments which can take 2 or 3 beds. They are very large self catering apartments. If students wish to share apartments with friends please mark this on the booking form. Apartments can be booked for 1 or 2 terms.
All apartments are very spacious and fully furnished to a high standard.
There will be a caretaker on site for after hour emergencies.
There will be an office/reception on site during regular business hours.
Rates
Triple rooms: €109 per person per week in 1 bed apartments
Twin rooms: €119 per person per week
Twin rooms: €135 per person per week in very large apt.
Single rooms: €165 per week
1 Bedroom Apartment: €950 per month
Services Provided include:
- Concierge on Duty throughout the night
- Office open during regular business hours
- Provision of household utensils, cutlery and crockery
- Laundry Room with industrial washers and dryers

Utilities will be deducted from Deposit at end of Stay include:
- Heat and Electric
- TV and Cable
- Bin charges
- Internet access
- Cleaning at end of stay
